Patrick Green is a native of Washington, DC, where he began his training at the Washington School of Ballet under Mary Day. He subsequently trained at Maryland Youth Ballet under Michelle Lees and at BalletNOVA Center for Dance under Nancie Woods. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from Butler University where he performed classical and contemporary works including The Nutcracker and Paul Taylor’s Le Sacre du Printemps (The Rehearsal). In addition, he received the Director’s Award for Outstanding Performance to a graduating senior while at Butler University. Patrick has performed with Texture Contemporary Ballet, Ballet Quad Cities, José Mateo Ballet Theatre, and as a guest artist. While at Ballet Quad Cities he performed the Cavalier in The Nutcracker, Don José in Carmen, and Romeo in Courtney Lyon’s Romeo and Juliet. Patrick returned to DC and is in his third season with Bowen McCauley Dance Company, now in its 25th season.
